Hi! It’s been a little while. How have you been? Good I hope. I’ve been well as well.
I’ve been working on the basics. So many people like to chase fantasies. They chase miracle products and advanced techniques like a little dog chasing a car.
It’s understandable. We all want big results. We all want to heal. And we tend to believe people when they make big claims. We all struggle with patience. We all want to jump to the end.
But, that’s just not the way these things work. Everyone needs to start at square one. But…. You’re square one may not be the same as the next person. In fact, it most likely is not. So that is why protocols, products and techniques will ultimately fail most people.
At best, a template is a starting point. You cannot expect to copy someone else and get the same results. It’s not a realistic expectation.
Let’s start with the true elements of health. Breathe in. Water. Minerals. Vitamins. Movement. Rest. Growth. Purpose. Love. Forgiveness. Great-fullness. Giving. Breath out.
Elements of real detoxing include all of these listed above and many others. You need to understand a phrase- make sure all of your detox pathways are open. You need to follow a certain princliple- stop putting crap into your body. You need to have something- patience and persistence. Most of all you need to be pooping like a champion.
Education truly is the first step. No shortcuts. Find a good teacher and learn from them. Then find another and learn from them. Repeat infinitely.
Realize that detoxing is as much of an art as it is a science. The idea of detoxing is going semi-mainstream now. Back 20 years ago, it was something that most people snubbed their noses at. Now it’s pretty obvious to most people that detoxing is essential to having good health. This leaves a lot of people at square one. They must begin. But where to start?
Detoxing isn’t a product you can buy or a single technique that you can copy. It’s a way of life.
Master the elements and practice the templates.
Template- a program or a lesson that we can learn from and copy. But don’t just copy or you aren’t doing it right. That goes back to each of us being a unique expression of the Divine. We are not carbon copies so we cannot expect to make carbon copies of other peoples programs and have success. We need to craft a plan unique to our needs.
This means that all the protocols are nearly useless. Yep. They aren’t a good thing to use. The protocols are merely a starting point. A data set. And idea. We can integrate the knowledge and use it to build out our own custom plans. Then we need to execute those plans. Each expression will be different and each persons results will depend upon a near infinite amount of variables.
Elements- the individual parts that we use to craft health and healing. They can be a practice, a feeling or a medicine. Don’t confuse the elements with shiny objects. Oftentimes the elements are overlooked in the search for healing. Yet, the elements are the first place we should be looking. Lay them out in your mind and begin to master each one. One by one at first. Then as you advance, create a tapestry.
So where will you start? What will you do? These are important questions to ask. Look around and one thing becomes clear. Humanity is at a bottleneck in evolution and survival as a species. We are in the middle of a huge die off. So many people are sick and looking for answers. Mainstream medical systems are failing. It’s becoming apparent to many people that the system is rigged.
Healing is possible though. There are many great teachers out there. There are many real bits of wisdom available. Together we can put together the elements in a powerful way. Together we can create new templates and shift the paradigm of health and healing. Hold that positive vision and it will come to fruition.

Brian: Look, you've got it all wrong! You don't need to follow me. You don't need to follow anybody! You've got to think for yourselves! You're all individuals!
Crowd: [in unison] Yes! We're all individuals!
Brian: You're all different!
Crowd: [in unison] Yes, we are all different!
Man in crowd: I'm not...
Crowd: Shhh!

Thanks again. Helpful reminders here. Pax-C
thank you for all you do. i must admit that i've replaced movement with rest...so i know i've got to work on that. i know, i know rest is already on the 'list.' i've just doubled down on it because my job had me 'down' for so long that after i retired i took advantage of getting to sleep again. now i have neuropathy in my feet so it's painful to even walk. no worries, i'm glad to be alive and here. :-)
