I just completed my 6th liver flush!!!
It’s a big process and a really high level detoxification protocol. I change things and take notes each time. Each time has been very different and I’ve learned a ton throughout each attempt of fine tuning the Liver flush protocols.
This was a really big one. Lots and lots of really large stones and thousands of small ones. If you aren’t yet familiar with the overall process and what it looks like then you might want to check out this-
My original liver flush Substack report
This time was very different. I’ve been really dialed in for the last month. Taking the liver detoxification herbs. Eating light. Using zeolite. Taking the liver shot(lemon juice and olive oil).
In general, I’ve been using every day to move closer and closer to having a huge liverflush experience.
My first liver flush was huge. So was the third one. And now we have the sixth one coming in as a massive success. Inherently this means that #2, #4, and #5 were not as good. Lots of things can derail the effectiveness of doing a liver flush detox like this. The good news is that this protocol is meant to be repeated many times every month or so until the liver and gall bladder no longer produce any stones. So there’s always opportunity to refine the process.
Aside from the core protocol, here are some of the things that I found have made the difference for me-
Being hydrated in general and especially the day of the flush
Taking the liver herbs like milk thistle and turmeric
Timing the day based on everything lining up and not pre scheduling it in advance
Strict water fast all day on the day of the flush
Using the weeks ahead as a prep time to drink apple juice and cleanse the colon
Going with intentionality and prayer heavy each step of the way
Ultimately any detox protocols that you attempt bring challenges and inherent risks. For these reasons, one must truly be their own health authority. You must become responsible for everything. Use sound health advice as counsel and never as a mandate!
In my view, the liver flush detox is an amazing and potentially life saving process. It’s a bit of a challenge. Yes. But ultimately, if you are able to do this process, it builds discipline and your innate ability to heal. By addressing the root of a specific problem, many symptoms and ailments are resolved in the body.
By doing liver flushes, I have become much more conscious of my liver and the prime importance it plays to my health and well being.
You could also categorize this liver flush as an emotional detox and hopefully, an emotional healing process. In short, these debris and blockages created serve as an anchor to the more negative emotions. Releasing the stones inherently facilitates the release of negative stored emotions. Honestly you would have to go through it to truly understand what I mean here. Life changing is accurate.
While many lament and cry about how bad it is. Few will actually take the steps to make the positive changes. Where will you be in a year from now?
God Bless you!

I find the same effects. Every other cleanse has more stones. I do it about 4-6 times a year and my husband also has similar patterns. Things you notice after years of doing them. The drink gets harder and harder though. I used to use epsom salt capsules but I find the loose salts easier to take now in warm water. Each time is different but it always makes you feel like ten years has been give to your life. Its amazing. Worth the 36 hours of down time.
Glad to have this update, MK. I was already heading towards doing another flush and seeing your post just confirmed it for me. It’s time. I’m betting a lot of ppl are feeling the nudge to detox right now. Big things are coming and our bodies are asking for the support they need.
I love the way you always remind people to stay sovereign and tune in to their inner wisdom on what to do and when to do it. 🔥
