What if I told you that there is an ancient practice of flushing the liver and gallbladder of stones? What if I told you that these gallstones accumulate in the liver in by the thousands and clog the bile ducts? This creates what is known as fatty liver disease. What it I told you that stones in the gallbladder and liver cause the entire human body to age and shift into systemic disease.
I have been studying human health for a long time. 22 years now. The subject of liver cleansing and liver support comes up a lot. It’s always a complicated subject. It can be very abstract and very convoluted. People recommend herbs and tonics. They recommend fasting, keto, vegan and carnivore diets. The truth is that none of that will work.
The liver is a very important organ. It is a primary bottleneck in human health. Western medicine treats the liver with hatred and neglect. Therefore, it’s up to us as sovereign individuals to learn how to care for this beautiful metabolic factory and miraculous filter for the bodies blood.
Did you know that 1 million Americans get their gallbladder cut out by doctors every year? Sadly, this procedure is completely unnecessary and very harmful to the patient. The gallbladder amputation costs 20,000 dollars. In contrast, taking 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts in a glass of water will stop a gallstone attack thus preventing the need for surgery. That costs about a penny.
The gallbladder is the reserve for bile that the liver produces. When we eat fat and protein, the gallbladder squeezes bile into the small intestine to digest the food and break everything down into usable nutrients. Amputate the gallbladder and you are handicapping a person for life.
Did you know that 100 million Americans suffer from fatty liver disease? That’s 1/3 of the population! But nobody can really tell you what that means or how to fix it. Did you know that worldwide, that at least 2 million people die each year from liver failure? Did you know that the liver produces cholesterol deposits in the bile ducts of the liver? These deposits are called gallstones and clog the bile ducts. An average liver can have up to 20,000 stones! The gallbladder also forms these stones. So the body forms cholesterol deposits in the liver and gallbladder as a metabolic waste product. These will calcify over time. This is where the name stones comes from.
Most people won’t realize that they have a slow, congested liver. It will be felt as fatigue, heart problems, blood problems, chronic illness, breathing problems, headaches, pain, and so on. That is, until bigger problems emerge. Every single function of the body is limited by the flow of bile and the function of their liver. A congested liver will inhibit every metabolic function of the body. Blood flow is the currency of health, and a slow liver restricts blood flow. It’s like a dirty air filter. Or a dirty filter of any kind. It stops working and eventually it restricts the flow and doesn’t filter anything out.
This whole liver flush experience started off with someone posting a picture in my telegram group. A big thank you to Austin Allen! Austin shared a photo of green stones that he said came out of his liver. I was intrigued. So I reposted it to see what people said. Soon we had many people vouching for this liver flush technique and claiming that they had done it as well and had flushed out hundreds or even thousands of green stones. Before long, we had dozens of threads going about the Amazing Liver and Gallbladder flush by Dr. Andreas Moritz.
I’ve spent the last few weeks burrowing deep into one of the most interesting and powerful rabbit holes in human health. I became obsessed and my obsession manifested into nonstop research and eventually undertaking the liver flush for myself. What happened? I passed a half pound of stones and a heap of parasites. Here are the actual stones that came out of my liver.
Let’s give a simple overview. The body is a system of channels. Things need to move. When they don’t move, problems happen. Stagnation and inflammation create disease in the body. These stones create congestion in the liver. They block the bile flow and cause the liver to swell up. One of the liver’s main jobs is to create bile and let it flow through the bile ducts. Bile is used for digestion. It is necessary to digest fats and proteins. It’s necessary to unlock calcium and other important minerals. Bile flow = health. Over time, these bile ducts can get clogged with buildup. This buildup blocks the flow. When the the flow is blocked, trouble brews downstream. Every single organ, the lymphatic system and the digestive system are all downstream from the liver. The liver is a foundational organ. If it suffers, everything suffers.
Let’s think of a filter. After all, the liver is the bodies blood filter. You have 5 liters of blood in your body. Each minute the liver should filter 1.4 liters of blood. The liver contains 10% of the bodies blood at any given moment. When a filter gets clogged with buildup, what happens? Think of an oil filter in a car. A pool filter. An air filter. It’s all the same. When the filter gets clogged with gunk, the machinery struggles. Eventually the machinery will break down if the filter is not cleaned or changed. How do you extend the life of a filter? You backwash it. You rinse out the debris so flow is restored. What if there was a simple and effective way to backwash the liver? What would that do?
Let’s think of the bile ducts in the liver as streams and rivers. The rivers flow and life is good. The water is clean and the river supports life downstream. What happens when the water is damned with a pile of rocks and concrete? The life down stream suffers. The damned area turns stagnant and creates a new environment full of dirty water and muck. So now that we have those two pictures in mind, we can see that the liver needs to flow. The stones must be moved out to restore flow.
I read books, articles and protocols. I listened to peoples accounts of what they did. I began to distill and refine all of the different elements and mechanics of the liver flush. What works? Why does it work? How does it work? These are the questions I asked. After that, I created a plan for my own Liver Flush. I went for maximum impact and safest process.
This process can go wrong and end up getting stones lodged in the ducts if you do it wrong or rush the preparation. One person in our group experienced this and warned us about that. So my process focused on making sure no stones would get stuck and as many stones as possible would be flushed out of the liver. If stones do get stuck it is important to know how to get them unstuck. This is very simple and will even cure a gallstone attack. Basically what I’m telling you is that all of the gallbladder amputations are completely unnecessary and nothing more than a money grab. 2 cents worth of Epsom salts can dilate the bile ducts and clear any stuck stones.
Let’s talk about the elements of a liver flush.
First you have malic acid. Malic acid helps to soften the stones and get them breaking apart. Apple juice contains a high amount of malic acid. This is important and is part of the prep. If you don’t want to do apple juice, there are other options such as malic acid extract, tart cherry juice, lemon water, apple cider vinegar and special herbs.
Next you have magnesium sulfate aka Epsom salts. Epsom salts dilate the bile ducts and gets them big enough to pass stones. This is a big component. Epsom salts are a key part of this process. They also act as a powerful laxative. So you cannot do this process without pure Epsom salts. This is also the 2 cent cure for a gallstone attack.
Then you have fats and proteins. Fats and proteins stimulate bile release. Withholding fats and proteins allows the bile to build up and be stored for later release. Understanding this is key to doing a successful liver flush.
Herbs. Different herbs offer what is known as liver support. Some herbs like turmeric help to reduce inflammation in the body. Milk thistle, dandelion, and many other herbs help the liver to do what it needs to do during prep and flush.
Colon cleansing. Without this, there is no flush. To get the stones sucked out, the bowels have got to be moving. It’s like the tube at the bank drives-thru. So, you have to have the colon cleaning itself out every day during prep and on the flush and also the week after the flush. Magnesium supplements are a key part of this process.
There you have it. The parts of the liver flush laid out on the table. We could talk about what causes the stones and how to prevent them. For the purposes of this report, lets just say that everyone has them. They are a metabolic waste product and a built in time bomb. We know that these stones cause massive problems and are really easy to flush out. Many doctors have created protocols on how to do this. I read and reviewed the following protocols. If you are interested in attempting a flush, I insist that you thoroughly research how to do this.
Here is a question that comes up a lot- Can I do a liver flush if my gallbladder has been removed? The answer is yes.
I went through all of the information I could and meticulously inspected each element. Then I used muscle testing to confirm directions and created a plan for my body. I was very nervous. Admittedly this process is a little daunting. The idea of things going wrong pushed me to be overly thorough in my research and planning for this liver flush. That said, it went really well. I may have set a world record for most stones flushed on the first attempt. Once you do this, it is recommended to keep doing it monthly until you do not see any stones passing. Some stones are lodged far in the back of the liver and move more towards the front with each flush. Those need to be flushed out on the second, third or fourth round. The biggest stones usually come out last. This is when people truly heal from all of their symptoms.
I do not recomend the Coke flush by Dr. Sutter. Someone in my group warned us about flushes after having a bad experience. It turns out that she followed this protocol. It’s a faulty protocol and lacks the necessary elements. This can get stones lodged in the bile ducts and cause big problems. That’s the whole thing that we are trying to avoid.
I am a fit and healthy 42 year old. I just did a juice fast and a parasite cleanse. So my body was ready for this. If you are sick or have problems, this could cause more problems. Be careful. Always do your own research. Always listen to your body. If you are unsure, don’t rush into anything. Slow and steady wins the race. There’s no hurry. Read the books. Take notes. Make your own plan. Become your own health authority. Perhaps consider working with a naturopath or a healer to assist you if you are new to this kind of thing. There are some prerequisites for doing a liver flush like this. One must have done some serious colon cleansing. If you don’t know what that is, stop. Don’t do this. The other prerequisite is a parasite cleanse. Again, if you don’t know what that is, you need to learn. You’ve got to kill the worms and clear the runway before flushing the stones. That’s just the way it is. There is also a kidney stone cleanse that is recommended. I’ve never done one but that will be my next undertaking. As you can see, the liver flush is part of a larger complex of body cleansing. Once begun, it needs to be done once a month until all the stones are gone and the liver is clean. Then a yearly flush may be taken if desired.
Here is an overview of my process.
Materials- 3 gallons of apple juice. Fresh apples. 1 bottle of Oxy powder. 1 bottle of liver support. 1 bottle of turmeric. 1 bottle of liquid zinc. 1 bottle of activated charcoal caps. 1 bag of pure Epsom salts. 1 bottle of REAL extra virgin olive oil(a lot of fakes in the stores). Oranges. Lots of lemons. Lots of pure water. Coffee enema kit.
Prep lasted 5 days. I started each day with 2 glasses of apple juice. Then I would do a coffee enema. This prepares the liver and colon for the flush. I drank a half gallon of the best apple juice I could get throughout the day. I did this all day long until dinner time. It was a form of juice fasting. This allows the bile to be stored up all day. In the protocols, on the flush day, you do not eat any fat or protein and fasting is advisable. This stores up the bile. So I applied that technique every single day of the prep too. I would take 5 ml liver support, 5 ml turmeric, 5 ml zinc, lots of lemon water and 1/2 gallon of apple juice all day long until dinner. Then, I’d have a nice dinner with healthy fats and protein. That was everyday for 5 days. The idea was to maximize the apple juices effectiveness at softening the stones. Also to practice storing up bile and allowing it to surge in the evening. Like tuning a clock, I was tuning my liver to respond to the intake of protein and fats with at bile surge. I actually began passing calcified shells after just 2 days of prep which was a confirmation that the technique was working.
Day 6. On the flush day I stopped everything. I only took in water. That’s it. Then I followed the directions from Andreas Moritz. I took 1 tbsp Epsom salts in 6 oz water at 8pm. Then another identical dose at 10pm. Then at 11pm I took the mixture of 7oz olive oil and 7oz orange and lemon juice. I laid down immediately in my bed and went to sleep. This is important. Right after the oil mix is taken, the bile surges. When you lay down, the stones are able to be released from the gall bladder and liver. The Epsom salts have done the important work of dilating and relaxing the bile ducts so the stones don’t get stuck. The apple juice has done the important work of softening the stones and breaking up the calcium into small bits. The herbs have added additional liver support. The olive oil drink creates a massive bile surge that flushes out the stones. It’s a system. It all works together as a safe and complete process.
Day 7. I began passing the first stones at around 2:30 am. I woke up and passed more in the morning. At 8 am, I took another tbsp of Epsom salts in 6 oz water. I repeated this at 10 am. By this time I was passing many green stones and bile. The Epsom salts create bowel surges that clear the colon. At 11 am I took 4 caps of oxy powder. This ozonated magnesium supplement moves things fast. So I spent the day going to the toilet and passing stones and yellow bile. All in all, I visited the restroom about 15+ times. I finished out the day with a coffee enema in the evening to wash out any sediment and debris. By the end of the day, I had a small mountain of stones that were purged from my liver and gallbladder. I felt so amazing that its hard to describe. Many report feeling tired. I didn’t experience this at all.
Day 8- I woke up happier than I’d been in decades. Feeling light and free. I worked out effortlessly. I ate a banana. I drank some pineapple juice. Around 11am I did a follow up colonic using a coffee enema. Out came more stones and a bundle of roundworms, flukes and pinworms.
Day 8- from my journal- I’ve had the best day ever. Yesterday passing thousands of stones seems like a distant memory. My mood is so light. I am so happy. It really is incredible. I’m not exaggerating. Today I broke my pushup record. I’ve only been able to do 100 pushups in a day since I started working out early this year. I did 200 and wasn’t even tired or sore after. So I did another 100 before dinner. 300 pushups and it was effortless. Pull-ups were so easy today. I was lifting myself up alot higher than normal. Insane. I tried to push my workout and I could not get tired. It’s like I had good blood flow for the first time in my adult life. This liver flush is special. It’s a premium bio hack that is going to take the ceiling off of my life. After all the reading and research it was crazy to experience first hand the benefits of having a clean liver. Blood flow it now open and unrestricted. For me, the proof was shattering my pushup record today with ease and not even breaking a sweat…
There’s more to the story. There always is. I try to keep my reports tight and short enough to read. I want to convey the truth. That’s all. I want to tell what happened to the best of my ability. I gave daily updates on my Telegram channel. This whole process started for me from one persons share. That’s the beauty of a team. We are stronger together.
Here is a rundown of body changes that I’ve noticed now that it has been a full week since doing a liver flush. My face no longer gets red when I work out. My red face has been my calling card since I was a boy. If I got a little warm, upset, or embarrassed, my face would turn bright red. Playing soccer, I was easy to spot. It was a talking point my whole life. Well, that is a sign of a congested liver. My face no longer gets red, no matter how much I strain or push my workout. Wild stuff. Even more wild is this. I had varicose veins on both ankles. On the inside just below the ankle bone. Those are gone now. Since I was 20 and dealing with thyroid issues, I developed varicose veins on my testicles. Those are gone too. I read about this in my preparation. I honestly didn’t expect any results. But here we are. Red face and varicose veins are both signs of a swollen, congested liver. Both have been vanquished from my body.
My wife also undertook the liver flush. What I am about to tell you is huge. Since I’ve known her, she has bruised very easy. She has what is called ITP. Immune thrombocytopenic purpura. Her bra will bruise her and leave big purple lines that last for days. If she gets a massage, she will be covered in bruises. Long dark purple lines. Well, guess what. I just gave her a massage and there is no bruising. I went hard and tried to get some bruising. Nothing. So her 25+ years of ITP is just gone now. I didn’t read about that one and it was a great surprise. All in all, my wife’s mood and energy is great and she’s feeling amazing after the flush. She did get some nausea after the oil drink. Her prep was also a little challenging. After she passed the stones though, all is well.
I realize that you are probably skeptical. I am too. When I read something, it’s hard to believe it. Full disclose about the varicose veins. I read about this effect in the books. So when I began the flush, I prayed for healing. I called God and asked for these veins to be healed. Praying is powerful and especially when combined with real medicine. I forgot all about that until a few days later. I looked down and couldn’t believe that the veins had been healed. So pray. Pray for healing whenever you can. Every day. It always helps. I think prayer can put you on a path to healing even if it takes some time.
All of the body changes are positive. The biggest one is that all of my food sensitivities are gone. Wheat, chicken and pork would all destroy me before. Now, I feel fine after eating them. Without enough bile, these proteins are left undigested and become antagonistic to the gi tract provoking and immune response. I also don’t get tired or puffy after eating a meal. Huge stuff!
I feel much happier and calmer. I feel much more in tune with life. Taking care of myself is easier. All the little things I used to rush, seem easier to do. I’m up earlier and have energy til I lay down to sleep. So far this week I’m sleeping 2 hours less per night and feel great. I wake up happy which is weird. I have energy and a spring in my step. Life is still the same, yet different. Easier. My emotions are smoother. That’s the most accurate I can be with describing everything.
So what do you think? Do you feel a pang of fear when you think about a liver flush? Is it scary? Admittedly I was terrified. Strange, considering all I’ve done before this. I’ve never been scared to do a cleanse before. The liver is a storehouse for emotions. A lot of anger and fear is housed in a dirty liver. These emotions manifest in powerful ways when we even think about cleaning things out. These stones seem to be a holding vessel for lower consciousness. Another way that the Matrix has us. Only when we break free from the matrix can we truly unlock our God given potential.
All the best to you. We walk this path not knowing what tomorrow brings. We walk by faith. The life of a healer is a blessed life. Oftentimes we want to heal others. The best way to do that is by first healing ourselves. I wish you well on your journey.

Hello my name is Dr Greenstone.
I kick liver rocks out with oil and epsom
Re establish my bodys bile flow
To achieve my full potential
P.S. as a healthcare provider I have to know. Did you expel your BMs into a toilet hat and skim off the stones? Or what? I can’t imagine the gross intrigue that followed all 15+ constitutions! 😂 Good to know the kitchen tool no longer resides in the kitchen! 😅
